Happiness and Harmony

Year 11 student Happiness loves photography and this term has been able to have some exciting experiences behind the camera. First she took photos at North Lake’s Anzac Day ceremony and then at the most photogenic day of them all – Harmony Day.

Happiness was late for Harmony Day because she was doing a test but she was handed a camera as soon as she arrived. “It was good inside. I liked the Afghan girls dancing and a friend of mine from Vietnam was singing.

“Outside is was good too with everyone talking to one another. The photo I liked best was of some of my friends and my English teacher.”

Happiness believes photography will be part of her creative life into the future. “I’d like to take photos in different places around the world and I’d also like to photograph models and new borns. I like art and animation so making drawings from my photos is something I would like to do.”
