The IEC assembly on Tuesday 27 November was a relaxed function with lots of highlights. Most pleasing of all was the presentation of special principal’s awards for 100% attendance – more students were on stage than in seats by the time all the certificates had been handed out.
There were also subject area and application prizes for students who will be continuing in the IEC next year.
Ruqiah spoke to the group about her IEC journey and stood in as “acting principal” to hand out certificates.
We were also entertained with dance and music performances from students.
