The popular Red Line Cafe opened for business in term one. The cafe is an important part of the course for our Hospitality students with the first phase focusing on preparing and serving non-alcoholic drinks.
The cafe operates for morning tea on Thursdays from 10.30am to 11.30am and customers have commented on the high standard of service. Under the current guidelines for the hospitality industry Red Line can offer take away delights only.
In these uncertain times we are unable to welcome outside guests but we hope our photos and links to the menu and cafe description will give you an idea of this brilliant (and yummy) aspect of North Lake life.
