A taste of spice

Our Hospitality students took us on a journey to India in their sell-out end-of-year lunch at Red Line Cafe in week 10.

Diners were treated to a Taste of Spice during the three-course meal that also included aperitifs on arrival and hot beverages served after dessert.

The lunch showcased the wonderful development in skills of the students some of whom already work in the hospitality industry.
