WITH original songs and moving addresses the 2017 North Lake Senior Campus Year 12 valedictory conducted in the campus gym on Friday 27 October proved to be a great success.
There was a who’s who of special guests for the occasion including Peter Tinley AM MLA, Mayor of Melville Russell Aubrey, Mayor of Cockburn Logan Howlett and Gary Anderson the Assistant Regional Director of the South Metropolitan Region of the Department of Education.
The band fronted by Lincoln with members Daniel, Jacky, Ellie and Yannis thrilled the crowd who also enjoyed listening to our Principal Mary Margetts, Mr Tinley, Abigail on behalf of the Year 11s and Robert who represented the Year 12s in giving the vote of thank.
Well done to those who did more than their share in making this event a success – Dean and his crew, Bob as MC, Tracey who announced the Year 12s, Mary, Liliana, John and Greg who presented awards and to Sue who made sure the whole thing worked.
